BUT..the company overcharged for the part. We paid a total of $570.00, the service call ($199) AND the part was $370.00. It was a SMALL A/C power switch. We looked it up (same exact part) and the part only cost $100.00. It was made in China. Maybe Pyramid should start buying American made, it may last longer.”
