“My experience with Pyramid was a pleasurable one. The technician, Chad notified me prior to the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he explained in detail the services he would be performing. After the initial inspection he offered recommendations for additional upgrades that would make the system run more efficiently. He provided quotes and was willing to answer any questions I had pertaining to the possible upgrades. At the compltion of the service Chad left the work area in a clean and tidy manner. I will definitely be calling Pyramid back to perform routine maintenance on the A/C and Tankless Water Heater.”
