We want to keep this exciting and fair, so here are the ground rules:
- Only available to homeowners in the Portland Metro and Bend areas (Oregon only—Washington not included).
- Giveaway is for a gas furnace only.
- Includes standard furnace installation with labor and necessary materials.
- Does not include additional ductwork, electrical work, gas line work, asbestos abatement, oil tank removal/decommissioning or conversion costs (if needed).
- Upgrades (such as higher-efficiency models, AC, IAQ products, thermostats, etc.) may be purchased separately.
- Total prize value capped at $8,500.
- The winner agrees to allow Pyramid Heating & Cooling to share photos and their story for promotional purposes.

- If multiple furnaces are the same age (year, month, etc., verifiable by model number and/or serial number), we will hold a random drawing for the participants who are tied.

Q: What if I don’t win?
Everyone who enters will still receive a complimentary replacement quote. Even if you don’t take home the grand prize, you’ll know exactly where you stand with your heating system.
Q: How do you verify the furnace’s age?
Our consultant will record the model and serial number during your free verification visit. That allows us to confirm the manufacturing date, so everything is fair.
Q: What if my furnace isn’t gas?
This giveaway is only for gas furnaces. If you have an electric or oil furnace, you can still enter and be eligible to win—but any additional costs related to a fuel conversion (such as decommissioning oil tanks or conversion work) will be the homeowner’s responsibility. We’ll still happily provide a free system verification and replacement quote so you’ll know your options.
Q: Does this include air conditioning too?
No. The prize covers a high-efficiency gas furnace only. However, you can upgrade to a higher-efficiency model or add AC, a heat pump, or other comfort products at the time of install (for an additional cost).
Q: What if I need ductwork or electrical work?
The prize includes all labor and basic materials to replace your furnace. It does not include additional ductwork, electrical work, gas line modifications, or conversion costs. If those are needed, our team will provide a precise estimate so there are no surprises.
