Athen was very professional, polite and experienced/knowledgeable in his trade. He was really thorough analyzing/troubleshooting the various issues with the AC system and the compressor, and took to time to clearly explain what the issues were, what parts were needed, the labor hours and what the total cost would be for the service & compressor replacement. The quote he provided was competitive and they were really transparent with their cost in each category. In addition, I would like to add a “call out” for Valerie, who assisted several times with the scheduling and made it seamless experience! Just to wrap up, Athen arrived according to schedule, performed the service work they said they would do, and effectively communicated with us throughout the job, as needed.
