Important Warranty Notes:
Carrier equipment comes standard with a 1 year labor warranty and 5 year parts warranty. It is very important that you, the homeowner, register your equipment with Carrier. You must do this within 90 days of when your equipment was installed. When you do so, it doubles your parts warranty to 10 years on most equipment! Pyramid Heating & Cooling offers enhanced warranty package options to cover the labor charges as well from years 2-10, giving you a true “No Worries” warranty program. In order to fully protect your factory warranty and your investment in your new equipment, we recommend you change your filters regularly and purchase an annual Preferred Customer Care agreement with Pyramid Heating & Cooling that will assure your equipment is maintained to manufacturer’s specifications, operating at peak efficiency.
